If you upgrade, everything continues as normal. If you do not upgrade, creating new project and editing or commenting on existing project is paused. Your existing projects stay live, viewable, and shareable.

You pay $25/month (or $20/month billed annually) for each team member who has a Bondshake account. Clients who access project links are never counted as seats — they're always free to view, and free to create an account for commenting or uploading.

Absolutely. Bondshake works for any shared workspace — client handoffs, startup investor updates, contractor briefs, internal team resource hubs. If you share work with someone repeatedly, a project link beats email every time.

We do not delete your project links. They remain live, viewable, and shareable. Only owner and members actions that change project content stay paused until you upgrade again.
